Seven Day Auto Service

Visiting my son who attends graduate school at U of A and made a family vacation at Sedona. We drove from Sedona to visit Flagstaff and after site seeing, all kinds of lights came on my son’s car. It was Sunday but luckily the closest auto repair shop was 7 day. They took the car, kept it a day and fix the repairs. They were courteous, knowledgeable and had reasonable price for all the problems. The owner even gave my son his business card to call him if he ran into any problems. Good place!

We cannot say enough good things about Seven Day Auto Service. After our vehicle broke down, our tow truck driver recommended their shop, and we're glad he did. They provided incredibly fast service, honest advice, and excellent communication throughout the process. The repair was completed the same day, getting us back on the road much sooner than we expected. The price was fair and worth every penny for the quality of service we received. It's refreshing to find a shop that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on helping their customers. We highly recommend Seven Day Auto Service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Reliable, trustworthy, & kind people. I almost got scammed but came here for a second opinion. They showed me what was going on and explained everything clearly including how the other shop was suggesting unnecessary fixes. Not only did I end up saving money but they taught me more about my car. Everyone here is kind, patient, transparent, and reasonable! 100% recommend this shop, you’re in good hands!

Lifesaver on a Sunday! We hit a rock on Sunday and ended up with a punctured tire — not the kind of surprise you want on the road. Luckily, Seven Day Auto Service was open (true to their name!). We didn't have a brand new tire, but the owner went out of his way to find a quality used tire that fit our vehicle perfectly. He got us back on the road quickly and charged us a very fair price. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping us out rather than just making a sale. It's hard to find that kind of honesty and kindness, especially when you're stranded and stressed. We're so grateful — highly recommend this shop to anyone passing through Flagstaff or living in the area. These are good people doing great work!

We were traveling across Arizona when we got a schedule service error saying it involved the power train. Next town was Flagstaff. The dealership closed at 3 on Saturdays and it was after 4. Siri gave me Seven Days we called and they said if got there before 5 they would look at it. We got there at 4:55. They hooked it up to diagnostic machine. They cleared errors out and the errors they got said cameras and cruise control were disabled. They both still functioned, they said since we had just had a recent mandatory software update that often it can impact other systems and that we should be able to continue on to our destination and take it to dealer there. They did not charge us but we did tip them. So very nice and friendly
